With our "1-Stop Shop" company, we not only can build your building, but we can do the site prep, excavation and Washington concrete work ourselves. We have an in-house estimator who works closely with a team of archetects, draftsmen and engineers to secure the design of your building that your hoping for. Whether small, large or in between we can make it happen! The only work we sub out is the electrical and plumbing. These specialty Sub Contractors are fully licensed and bonded. Most are located within the Spokane-Coeurd'Alene area. We are a fully licensed General Contractor in 3 states. Washington, Idaho and North Dakota. We will soon be adding the great state of Montana to our list! All in all, we are here for you- the customer, in all phases of your project.
